Payment Refund and Cancellation Policy

Airavath Foundation strives to ensure the best user experience of it’s donors, customers and visitors. On Airavath Foundation Website (https://www.airavath.ngo), the payment can be made through multiple channels (Payment Gateways, Mobile Applications ..etc) so as to improve the user experience. Similar facilities are also provided for offline payments. We currently support UPI, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, Cheque, Demand Draft, Cash along with different payment gateways and mobile wallets, details of which can be seen on the website.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders, pledges and request refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Any request for refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We therefore request you to be sure before you donate.
Users whose product or branded merchandise orders that are eligible for refunds would be provided with a choice of replacement or refund. Refunds would be processed within 15 business days of request received.
No refund would be provided if the request for refund is not raised within 4 days of ordering or within 24 hours after order was delivered to user, which ever is earlier.
